I know that one of the international versions of Sesame Street, there's a grouch character who's much like our Oscar, only he lives in a rain-barrell. Does anyone remember which version he's from, and what his name is? I'm drawing a blank.

His name is Rumpel, he's from "Sesamstrasse", the German "Sesame Street".
