Hey, as a point of interest, the man who wrote, voiced and animated the "Alligator King and His Seven Sons" cartoon for Sesame Street created, wrote, voiced and animated the Pixar short "Boundin'", which premiered before "The Incredibles" and is also featured on the new DVD. He also did "Ladybug Picnic" for Sesame Street. He seems like such a nice guy. You can see an interview with him in the "Incredible's" special features.

In my haste, I forgot to mention his name: Bud Luckey. It really seems to fit the soft, downhome feel to his work.
