Bandit, Lanford is a rare plant starting to "A Cave of One's Own. Red does not get along with that deathwort. Hahahahaha! In Gold Demorama's fan-fic, "The Fraggle from Outer Space, "Goldie" doesn't like Landford either. Oh boy!

Lanford doesn't offer much in the likability category ....but I LOVE the beanbarrow race episode ans he is actually kinda cool there. The rest of the time...he reverts back to hateful.....so we can all be glad there isn't a garden of Yellow Leaved Night Blooming Deathworts out there somewhere.

Oh! Him cheering on the Gorgbusters in Playin till it Hurts earns him a couple of bonus points too.

    Okay, I'll high five you!

Okay, I remember what was also rare from Fraggle Rock.
    Pick axe
    Maps
    rock soap
Pogo stick (Fraggles can floop, but Doozers can't cause they get hiccups. From the episode "A Doozer Is As Doozer Does")
    socks (For Uncle Traveling Matt)
Wembley's cute hat (in the episode of The Riddle of Rhyming Rock, but i'm not sure if Wembley wears hats. Hahahahaha!)

Cantus appearances are too rare for my liking!

I agree Plaid Fraggle, I do remeber that Cantus' last appearance was from the second to last episode of "The Honk of Honks." Thanks!

Fire? How is fire rare at Fraggle Rock, Colleen?
  11. bandit Well-Known Member

Well...we know there is a fire department...but not any really out of control fires. We've seen, atleaat campfires but that's it. So it counts.
  12. Collgoff Well-Known Member

Well we hardly see fire in Fraggle Rock!
Like the fire place in Gobo and Wembley's room, candles and campfires.
Poise when the Fraggle rock fire cheif ask Wembley how he start a fire but Wembley dosen't know and neather dose the rest of the Fraggle rock fire department.

Bandit, one type of radio the Fraggles used was a translator radio. Not only did it drive them nuts, but it almost split them into leaving their home for good.

That's why I was backin ya up, kiddo. ^_-

Eeeeexactly! It was a rare and strange thing they had nooo clue about.

Oh, I remembered that episode. It was called "Beyond the Pond. Red was upset, because the "knobblies" were blocking the fraggle pond. When she swam to the other side, there were Merggles, (aquatic Fraggles). The tree of life they believed was connected to the noveles. How does the tree and its roots die? Kohlrabi juice poisons the roots and the tree plus Red gets into trouble. At the end, they learned not to kill what is beyond Fraggle Rock even though it does not have much of a strong environmental theme like "The River of Life" episode had.

Hmmm... I'll take a shot at this...

Has anyone mentioned... The Doozer Catapult. :busy:

The one from the episode #10 "Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk". (I think that's what it was called.) Mokey & Boober used it to help save Gobo from Outer Space when Doc boarded up the Fraggle hole, trapping Gobo inside Doc's workshop. :dreamy::sigh: :smirk:

Milk. Was it a rarity? Never saw it except on that episode when Red & Wembley poured it out and tried not to cry over it. :excited::coy:

Oh yeah! I did see the Doozer Catapult Mokey & Boober used to save Gobo from getting trapped in Outer Space from the season one episode of FR, "Don't Cry Over Spilt Milk" In SC language, we use, "spilled" instead of "spilt" Weird, huh?
