Sesame street goes punk?

I am looking for a Cd. It is a collection of punk/ska bands doing covers, or parodies of sesame street songs. I heard it once few years ago, but cannot find it, or know the name. I am looking for any information, the specific song I am looking for is a re-do the people in my niehgborhood, where it sung about, well "the hood". Any info would be greatly appreciated, I have been looking for this CD for thre years. Thanks much!
