SST Outline- Triangle Feild Trip

This being in Season 28 with the sponsors M and 7.

Scene 1: Telly rushes up to Mr. Hanford with his back-pack on. He tells him about the Triangle Lover’s field trip that he’s going on with the rest of the Triangle Lover’s Club. Norman and The Grand High Triangle Lover enter Hooper’s and get Telly so he can get on the bus.

• Film: Kids form a triangle
• Ernie shows Bert the stuff he got from camp
• Cartoon: Flash Gizmo goes near and far
• Cartoon: The letter M is written in different fonts
• Film: A girl grows Ms in her garden
• Song: “Doggy Paddle”

Scene 2: Now on the bus, Telly is excited to go on the trip to see all of America’s greatest triangular feats. He shows The GHTL all the stuff he’s brought, such as a camera and snacks. Just as the trip is about to commence and leave Sesame Street, the bus breaks down.

• Cartoon: The Bridge keeper: Triangles
• Animation: Cecille sings “Brushin’ Down the Doggies”
• Forgetful Jones forgets what he Buster and Clementine are going to ride on.
• Animation: Stop-motion train tracks are made
• Elmo sings with 7 goldfish
• Cartoon: The Alligator King
• Film: 7 girls dance and clap

Scene 3: Telly is very upset that the trip is ruined, but The GHTL assures him that everything will be fine, as the bus driver is sure to know how to fix the bus. However, the bus driver leaves for his lunch break.

• Three Honkers teach a new-born Honker how to honk
• Film: Kids learn how to walk
• Cartoon: WALK
• Film: Kids stop a traffic film
• Grover sells newspapers
• Cartoon: A man asks directions for a parking space

Scene 4: The driver comes back and reveals that he doesn’t know how to fix the bus (he missed that day in Bus Driving School). The GHTL then tries to call an auto repair shop, but he’s too busy. Telly is sad that no one can fix the bus, until he thinks of someone and runs off.

Scene 5: Telly brings back Mari and Luis, who specialize in fixing things. They’ve never fixed a bus before, but give it a shot anyway.

• Cartoon: 7 owls
• The Count sings about hands
• Song: “Reach Your Hand Up High”
• Film: Wegman dogs become waiters

Scene 6: Maria and Luis have successfully fixed the bus and Telly gets on the they all go on the trip. Maria and Luis announce the sponsors.
