Statler/Waldorf Dolls - Height?

My gf and I are putting together a 12 Days of Christmas display with Muppet dolls (one of our costumer friends might be able to lend a hand replicating their costumes from the video, and possibly designing a few new ones for Pepe, Walter, and others) We're trying to find a set of Statler and Waldorf roughly in scale with the recent Muppet plushes from Disney. I found a Statler online, but there seems to be some inconsistency in its height:

This one is listed at 17" -

There's also a Waldorf doll that matches the set listed at 18".

However, I've also seen reference to both dolls of the same design as being 12".

Does anyone know which is the actual height of the Statler and Waldorf dolls, or is there a 12" AND 17"/18" variation on the same/similar pattern?

I see that Amazon have the 12" variations. they look different.
Here is the 12 inch Waldorf. Note the mouth appears more open
and hanging tags are in different position. I would go for the 17"
ones to match up.
