The "I need a hug" thread

Glad you're back Heralde! Sorry you had to deal with being without power for such a long time.

I don't have any Thanksgiving ones! Well I consider the one I have now sort of a Thanksgiving one since this time last year that's around the time the film was released.

Yeah I know what you mean. I always connect the Beatles Anthology with Thanksgiving as it originally aired then back in November 1995.

Well if you have a Kermit doll or something you could always try to make a Thanksgiving avatar, hehe.

Oh I doubt that, you've done an impressive avatar job so far. You're just getting stuck on Thanksgiving because as we've all been saying there's not as much to work with.

This thread is reminding me that I have to begin considering my Christmas avatar, as you all know how hard it is for me to change when it comes to avatars...

I know. I was surprised I was able to find the Halloween one that I did.

Why start now?

There are so many factors of avatar consideration that come into play with me. I have this thing where I can't have a crystal clear avatar, but rather one with just a little bit of "texture" to it. And then I have this thing where my avatar has to be a photograph rather than a animation screengrab or a drawing. And then it can't be too colorful, or else I get sick of it. But at the same time, it can't be too full of people/characters, as I get sick of that too. And then I need to have some sort of rhyme as to why the avatar either fits my personality or a current event going on. And then...

I compliment Hubert for being so detailed and passionate about avatars.

I think passionate isn't the best word...more like paranoid...

Seriously, watch me change avatars next time...usually I'll end up going through about 10 in one day before I settle on a good one. (However this Jerry one actually came quite simply to me...at the wake of his passing, I searched for a good Jerry photo, and this one stuck out to me, and I haven't changed it since.)

I actually do that too when picking out Kermit and Piggy ones. Although for me it's cause I have so many I tend to get overwhelmed. But once I think I have decided on one I might go through 10 before I am content.

Can I have a hug? I've been feeling anxious and worried all day and just feel crummy.
