I've known about this for awhile but haven't said anything, and realised that nobody posted anything regarding it, but for the past few weeks The AV Club has been posting articles on The Muppet Show every tuesday, usually two episodes an article (the first article was just on the first episode).

Here's what's been done so far (I don't plan on posting whenever new articles get posted each week):

    Juliet Prowse:
    Connie Stevens and Joel Grey:
    Ruth Buzzi and Rita Moreno:

    Jim Nabors and Florence Henderson:
Also, a feature called "Memory Wipe" did an article on the first three movies:

I just posted a thread about this in the classic muppets section. I didn't see yours, so the mods can feel free to lock my thread if they so choose. But these reviews are really good, the writers have done their research and they give the show the respect it deserves. Their website on the whole is really excellent for reviews and media coverage that go beyond just knee-jerk assessments.

All of the first two seasons have been reviewed, and now the articles will be taking a break for the summer, but unfortunately it's unknown whether they'll return.
