What're the top 10 songs you absolutely love that aren't from the Muppets?
Mine are, in no particular order...

Make Your Own Kind Of Music- Mamma Cass
You Get What You Give- New Radicals
We Didn't Start The Fire- Billy Joel
SexyBack- JT
Long December- Counting Crows
American Baby- Dave Matthews
Idiot Boyfriend- Jimmy Fallon
Time Marches On- Tracy Lawrence
The Whole World- Outkast
She Bangs- Ricky Martin

I was gonna put an AC/DC song on here but I love 'em all too much to choose one. How about you guys?

it is so hard to limit it to ten songs, but here goes (in no particular order):

The Rolling Stones - Paint It Black
Creedence Clearwater Revival - Lodi
Peter, Paul, & Mary - Puff, the Magic Dragon
Creedence Clearwater Revival - The Midnight Special
Mississippi John Hurt - Richland Women Blues
The Beatles - Two Of Us
Mark Knopfler - What It Is
The Marshall Tucker Band - Can't You See
Bruce Springsteen - Streets of Philadelphia
Nathan & the Zydeco Cha-Chas - Your Mama Don't Know

to keep the list to ten, I didn't consider songs without words, but if I had more than ten, there would've been Miles Davis all over the place

that is a good album, isn't it? Peter Seeger said he hated what Bruce did with "Mary Don't You Weep," though... I think "Erie Canal" is my favorite :stick_out_tongue:

Wow - I'm surprised that Pete Seeger would be so down on Bruce's "Mary don't you weep." Wonder why he didn't like it?

I like "Erie Canal" a lot too - it's cool to hear such a hip version of this song that I learned in elementary school. :sing: "Pay me my money down" and "John Henry" are also standouts. I love the whole New Orleans jazz influence on the folk standards in this album.
