Twiggy Episode

I'm looking for the episode with Twiggy. As I recall it also features Uncle Deadly as the Phantom of the Muppet show. Need on media vhs, or dvd.
Any help would be great!

Look on Ebay. Time Life released a DVD of it I think, but it's not in stores yet.
