While the penguin and santa chef are often on ebay for cheap, you might have a hard time on the Backstage set ( a real gem btw. ) and the other figs to find em at a fair price.
As for the carded animal whitch one is that ? I think there are 3 different in the plasic box, one from the palisades tour in a card box and the one from the electric mayhem playset. I think they all look a little different or at least the equipment does.
