How about the folk on Muppet Wiki? I figure if they have pictures from a special / TV appearance then they must have a copy of it plus they probably won't mind tape trading. Just an idea.

I've been trying to do that too. The ones from the Mike Douglas Show in 1966 I know have been posted by the users as well. If you can try to contact them, please let me know. Hope you make out good with it.
