We will miss you Jerry Nelson!

I wan't to tell this story about the Muppets found the news about Jerry Nelson's death.

Goodbye Jerry Nelson we love you and we will miss you so much!

The Muppets

On the moring of August 24, 2012 the Muppets just woke up and start their morning the just any other morning.
Everybody was enjoying their breakfast but just then the phone rang.
Kermit the Frog got out of his chair and he hopped to the phone!
So Kermit answered the phone and it was Jerry Nelson's wife on the phone to tell him the sad news.

Kermit: Hello? Oh hi Mrs. Nelson how are you? What's wrong? I know Jerry is sick but, he did?" Okay Mrs. Nelson I'll tell them good bye!

Kermit hanged up the phone and thought about how he felt bad for Jim Henson when he died.
Robin the Frog came to his uncle Kermit to ask him who was on the phone.

Robin: Hey Uncle Kermit who was that on the phone?
Kermit: Robin that was Jerry Nelson's wife!
Robin: What did she want Want Uncle Kermit?
Kermit: Well Robin go please go tell the others here right away!
Robin: Sure thing Uncle Kermit!

In no time at all the muppets gathered around the living room in the bording house to hear what Kermit had something to tell them.

Kermit: Okay I just got the news from Jerry Nelson's wife and Jerry died last night.
All the muppets gasped to that news!

Robin: Really are you sure Uncle Kermit this is true?
Kermit: I'm afraid it's true Robin!( Kermit put his fliper on his nephew's shoulder.)
Floyd: Sorry little green dude and believe me I'll miss him too plus we all will.

Robin walked to window, looked up to the sky and only said 5 words " Jerry we will miss you!"

Wow! This was so powerful! Robin knows the truth! Even though his voice is different, well let me say Robin gave him that voice. Gosh! This Friday was very emotional for me! I knew I would see (sniff) more terrible news than good news.

Sesame Street

Everyone on Sesame street were gathered in the court yard Bob came in front to tell the sad news.

Bob; Okay everybody I just got a phone call from Kermit and he told me that Jerry Nelson had died last night.

Everyone gasped!

Big Bird: Oh no, this is awful!
Maria: I know Big Bird that news is really sad.
Herry Monster: This is the saddest new I ever heard.
Gabi: Everything will be alright Herry!
Grover: Yeah he knows how to handle things! ( Snift)
Elmo: Elmo is going to miss Mr Jerry!
Snuffy: Me too Elmo me too!
Gordan: We'll all miss him! But Remember when Mr. Hooper, JIm Henson and Richard Hunt died? We remember the things they had done for us.
Susan: And we will always have our memories of them and we will never forget about Jerry.
The Count: We will all Miss Jerry and It would be hard to count sad people even for me.( Cried)
Big Bird: Yeah even though it made us all sad!
All: Yeah!

Fraggle Rock

In the rock all the fraggles and the doozers were doing their everyday thing until the sound of the fraggle horn can be heard all round the rock.
which means there was a meeting in The great Hall and all the fraggles were gathered in the hall.

The fraggles were chattering untill The World's Oldest Fraggle got their attention.

The Word's Oldest Fraggle: Okay there Fraggles we are all gathered here because I just Recieved some terrible news from our silly creature friends Steve, Dave, Karen and Kathy. It's about our friend Mr. Jerry Nelson!
I'm afraid he died late last night.

All the Fraggle gasped!

Gobo: Oh no I can't believe that Jerry's gone!
Red: Yeah Gobo he was our friend and he sometimes goes exploring with you.
Boober: Red's right about that but it's never going to be the same again.
Red: Boober I didn't know you cared about Jerry Nelson! ( Scratched her head!)
Boober: Yes I do Red, When I heard Jerry wanted to do stuff with me: But Jim said no but he had you mind Gobo for Jerry.
Gobo: Yeah Boober I do remember that!
Wembley: Gobo do you remember when we first heard about Jerry being sick?
Gobo: Yes I remember that Wembley!
Boober: Oh please don't remind me!
Wembley: Okay Boober!
Mokey: Now we lost a really good friend!
Matt: Yeah I'll miss Jerry too even when I see him sometimes when I'm traveling. (Crying)
Mokey: Oh poor Jerry and his family!
Wembley: We never got a chance to say goobye to him. I'm going to miss him. (Snift)
Gobo: Me too Wembley me too!

The Gorg's Garden

Junior Gorg heard the news from the fraggles, he was in shock and ran to his parents to tell them the bad news.

Junior: Ma Pa I have some news that you should know!
Ma: What is it Junior sweetie?
Pa: You found a girl gorg to marry!
Junior: No Pa but some day I will! But the bad news is that Jerry Nelson died last night.
Ma: Oh no, Junior can this be true?
Pa: I'm afraid it's true my love! First Jim Henson died then Richard Hunt, then Jerry Juhl and Now Jerry Nelson.

Philo and Gunge heard the news not so long after they heard the Gorgs talking: so they told the trash heap and she already knew about Jerry's death.
Because the trash heap knows all!

I just read the part when the Muppets find out. That was a really good story--I mean, it's wonderful. My favorite line:

You captured Floyd's tone perfectly at just the right time.

A word from collen Goff (Me)
Jerry Nelson was a great man who had a gift of song and voice for the muppet charaters that we all know and love.
Many people don't know the puppeteers that makes our beloved Muppets and Fraggles come to life but there are those people that they do know about them.
Even those who will be puppeteers for the Muppets in the future.

But we all love Jerry Lee Nelson's work, his songs and his voice!
We Love the count, Herry Monster and Dr. Strangepork! we also love Gobo, Emmet, Robin, Floyd pepper, Uncle Deadly, Biff, Crazy Harry and Lew Zealand.

Even though Jerry Nelson and his wonderful voice is g0ne forever but his spirt lives on and we will always remember him.
