Dan Deacon - Spiderman of the Rings
Panda Bear - Person Pitch
Fountains of Wayne - Traffic and Weather
LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver
Dinosaur Jr. - Beyond
Rufus Wainwright - Release the Stars
Neil Young - Live at Massey Hall 1971
Barenaked Ladies - Barenaked Ladies Are Men
Modest Mouse - We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank
Rush - Snakes & Arrows
Nine Inch Nails - Year Zero
Clap Your Hands Say Yeah - Some Loud Thunder
The Shins - Wincing the Night Away
Björk - Volta

Do you mean albums that came out just this year? Hmm... I'll try. In no particular order:

Of Montreal - Hissing Fauna, Are You the Destroyer?
Arctic Monkeys - Favourite Worst Nightmare
Calico System - Outside Are The Vultures
Bright Eyes - Cassadaga
Explosions In The Sky - All Of A Sudden I Miss Everyone
The Apples In Stereo - New Magnetic Wonder
Modest Mouse - We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank

And I'm probably missing a bunch.. but oh well.

Meh, just the same CDs I've had for the past seven years.

John Mellencamp's Freedom's Road is the only new album I've gotten this year... but Loudon Wainwright III just came out with a new album, Strange Weirdos (the soundtrack to the film Knocked Up), this past Tuesday that I'm going to get soon.. and John Fogerty is currently in the studio working on his new album that's due this fall... and Mark Knopfler finished his new album just a few weeks ago, and it's expected late summer.. so I'm excited for those as well
