What Episode Number?

    I was just remembering this episode I saw as a kid a long time ago. It involved Slimey flying around everywhere in a basket with balloons tied to it. I remember at one point He landed on Snuffy's back, and then when he took off again Snuffy asked Big Bird to scratch his back. What episode number was that? I can't find it on Muppet Wiki.
