what about the more funny stuff like the mosnterpeice theaters and the stuff with grover all of it him as a waiter and when he is teahcign somthing like near and far left and right. did sesame workshop say why they dont use them any more it cant be because of kermit being part of disney since they already filmed and payed for them and they do show the song do the rubber duck with kermit in it compete with his lines so if they coudltn use kermit in new stuff they could still show the old

I read somewhere on the forum that Sesame Workshop owns those Kermit clips, so they can show them whenever they like. (But they may have to credit Muppets Holding Company since he's no longer a Sesame regular.)

In the past 5 years or so, the SS format has become more structured. I liked it to be more random. It seemed they could fit in a lot more said clips. These days, we use it like a get ready for school clock. uh oh....Journey to Ernie, you better get moving...Elmo's World, time to get dressed...goodnight Slimey, more Trash Gordon tomorrow...
BUUUUS!!!!!
not the most fun use of an hour of TV, but that's how they think it should be made these days.
Thank goodness for videos like the 25th Anniversary Musical Celebration!
