Sam and Friends BookYou know, there's a certain tune I've heard over the years, that just seems to pop up at any random moment on any random show on TV (which leads me to believe it must be a royalty free song), yet I have absolutely no idea what it's called, and I'm hoping maybe someone might have an idea...
It's a catchy, almost jazzy little tune played by a flute... the most prominent example I can think of was it being used for background music occasionally on Action League, Now! (like when Meltman had his own office, or when Stinky Diver tries to take an alien's picture, only to have him fall into the toilet)... on an episode of Rocko's Modern Life, the tune was used for the theme song for a show that all dogs of O Town hate called "Marvin the Happy Cat". It's been used on a lot of Nicktoons, but I've even recently heard it used on one of these godawful celebreality shows my mom likes to watch... so anyone familiar with the tune I'm talking about, or even know what it's called?
