I know exactly how you feel. It happened to me too, and it's a gutwrenching experience. I hope that your parents have more sense and maturity than mine did.

It's hard, because my parents aren't the most mature people in the world, and I'm worried about my sister who still lives at home. I'm up in the dorm until I graduate in May, so I can at least turn off my phone or ignore an email if I don't feel like talking to them. My sister can't really escape the emotions and problems of the split, because she still lives at home, and I feel bad because I'd like to do something but I don't know what.

I'm really angry and frustrated for a lot of reasons and at the same time for nothing really in-particular. I can find things that have made me upset this week but I feel like I should have gotten over them by now.

I was going to make a post about how my Biopsych midterm made me feel like my brain was seasoned with lemon juice, placed between two bricks and then pounded into oblivion, but instead I will eat ice cream to show solidarity with Charlietheowl and Gonzo's Hobbit.

Frowns here just because after I was with my most patience-taxing (and hygiene-oblivious) client this morning, I could smell the stale cooking oil scent permeating her house in MY clothes and hair...ugghh. Had to take a second shower and dress afresh just to get it off me. At least I only have to deal with her craziness one day a week...

My computer has been acting REALLY stupid and I am *this close* to running over to Best Buy for a new one right now. You'd think I have money!

I just want to scream. Today was just an emotionaly draining day, following up a similar week and I can't get rid of this feeling. Working on it but it hasn't happened yet. I'm tempted to just hide in my room all day tomorrow.

I've been having these spontaneous bouts of despair lately. Yesterday it happened with company over, no less. The thing is, I can be completely fine and then it hits like a freaking semi...
I shouldn't be focusing so much on what I missed in the past. As long as I'm working hard now, I guess...

It's tough to deal with something like that, and I'd recommend always trying to take time out for yourself when you're feeling those feelings. Sometimes you need to put yourself ahead of everyone else when you're feeling blue. Hope you feel better.

A very good friend from here is terribly upset right now at some of the political chat going on around Kermit & Piggy and Fox News. While she and I are far apart on the political spectrum, we can disagree civilly...whereas apparently some on here can't. I wish more folks could simply agree to disagree. While I personally can't stand spin or frothing-at-the-mouth ranting, both sides engage in it, and, well...at the risk of sounding stupid...why can't we all just get along, at least here?

I KNOW RIGHT?! >.< I friggin' hate that I can hardly do a character search without seeing that mess...Especially with children show characters. What is wrong with these people? Do they even think of who else may be looking at their work? I feel bad for kids or parents just wanting to get a coloring page of they're favorite character, but instead they start coming up with sexually suggestive drawings to please someone's sick fetish... 8I What's the use? I mean really...What are they trying to say? Why make it out there for everyone to see? ._.

Usually living in Germany is awesome. But sometimes it REALLY sucks.

Is it really such a big deal for one of these channels to take time to air the Academy Awards? It's at like 2 AM British time, it's not like you have anything else in that timeslot! And on a Sunday night to boot... You can air the Golden Globes on basic channels in their entirety, but the only channel willing to pick up the Oscars is the frickin' premier one?! WHERE IS THE LOGIC?

And now I won't know anything until tomorrow morning, and I can't watch it until even later...

Well it's not so much their fault as it is the search engine algorithm which doesn't properly screen and moderate the images. You can set the search moderation to "Strict" and even then you'll still get totally irrelevant results.

Well considering the plague of low ratings the Academy Awards has suffered in recent years, I doubt many Americans will be watching either.
