I feel for ya, Hayley. I know what it's like to lose a pet (in my case, a puppy) at such a young age. :sympathy:

Condolences, Hayley. I lost a kitten once, and used her name again for another similar-looking kitten...who grew into a lifelong companion. Hoping you can smooth over the grief with new, good memories likewise. :sympathy:

Re: climate change and "earth cycles". Yes, the planet has gone through numerous ice age/tropical warming trends...but none so QUICKLY. The point isn't even what's happening but the fact that WE are causing it to advance at an unprecedented rate (the only other things which have caused such severe and sudden climate change were meteors hitting the earth or supervolcanoes erupting). I think we're already screwed in this regard. Even IF we can rein in coal plants, et al which contribute to this trend in this country, we have places like China that just don't care.

*shrug* This is why I believe there WILL be a global population crisis, and it won't be pretty. Hope I'm dead by then.

    *hugs Hayley B*

I've been there before. My family lost a puppy back in 2006, she was only four months old. *hugs again* I'm just a PM away if you need to talk.

Homesick right now. :( Growing up is not fun sometimes.

Hate those little b----s! Once they kept me and my sister up literally all night when we were in Corfu. I'm so glad we don't have them here at home.

    I'm sorry, Sarge. *hugs*
