What's Around the Corner from the Fix- It Shop?

Okay, so everyone knows what's around the corner from Big Bird's nest (or down the street for that matter), but what's around the corner from the Fix- It Shop? Has it ever been mentioned on the show before? In books? This has been such a mystery to me. Does anyone have an answer to this qustion?

I think the exit to the studios is. Honestly.

The exit back to the studio is through the subway exit...you walk through there and take a left and your back in the lounge area
