As we prepare for the April 4 launch of the new Odyssey Channel, here’s the first full day’s list of scheduled programming for Monday April 5. All times are listed in Central Standard Time.

5:00 a.m. – Archies

5:30 a.m. – Zoobilee Zoo

6:00 a.m. – Fraggle Rock

6:30 a.m. – Donna’s Day

7:00 a.m. – Daily Mass from St. Ann’s Basilica

7:30 a.m. – Quick Story

8:00 a.m. – Our Family/Nuestra

8:30 a.m. – Lifestyle Magazine

9:00 a.m. – Movie, "Sounder"

11:00 a.m. – Trapper John, M.D.

12:00 p.m. – Movie, "The Best Little Girl in the World"

2:00 p.m. – Quiet Triumphs

2:30 p.m. – Donna’s Day

3:00 p.m. – Leonard Maltin Presents

4:30 p.m. – Fraggle Rock

5:00 p.m. – The Muppet Show (Elton John)

Keep in mind this schedule will probably continually be fluctuating especially until the full launch occurs next fall when new Henson and Hallmark programming begins airing.

Tuesday’s guest on The Muppet Show will be Paul Simon. And on Wednesday night, the 1986 special, "The Muppets – A Celebration of 30 Years" will air at 6 o'clock. More specials and series will be shown in April as well such as The Ghost of Faffner Hall, The Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson, The Muppets Go to the Movies, The World of Dark Crystal, Inside the Labyrinth, The Great Muppet Caper, and more! Hopefully, this is only the beginning. Muppet fans have been dreaming of such a network for many years, and now it is finally becoming a reality.
