The movie stars the Muppets with Kermit as the Scarecrow, Gonzo as the Tin Thing, Fozzie as the Lion, Pepe the King Prawn as Toto and Miss Piggy as all four witches. It’s a madcap adventure based on the classic family tale The Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum.

Join the Muppets and Ashanti, Jeffrey Tambor, Queen Latifah, and David Alan Grier for laughs and family fun. The DVD will arrive in stores on August 9, 2005 (the same day as "The Muppet Show Season 1" DVD box set).
