Kermit meets the Rockettes on world tour

As part of his 50th anniversary world tour, Kermit the Frog joined the Radio City Rockettes as the opening night reader reader for their annual Radio City Christmas Spectacular.

The Rockettes surprised Kermit with a 50th anniversary cake. The entire audience sang happy birthday.

Kermit the Frog opened the show this year with a surprisingly bittersweet version of "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," followed by a recitation of "The Night Before Christmas."

New York City is the third stop on Kermit's 50th anniversary world tour with previous stops at Kermit, Texas and Houston, Texas.
