The magic of the Muppets comes alive as The New York Pops pays a musical tribute to Jim Henson's great legacy through song and puppetry.

In collaboration with The Jim Henson Legacy. With special thanks to Disney, The Jim Henson Company, and Sesame Workshop.

The show is April 14, 2012 at 12:30 pm with a repeat performance at 3:30 pm. Tickets are available on-line from $9-$20. The show is on the Carnegie Hall: Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage.

Fans can only hope that this special tribute will see a video or audio release in the months to come.

An after-the-concert party will be held with some of the cast and crew for a cost of $125 per person or a family package of $400 for four tickets.

Third Annual Notables Family Party

The Carnegie Hall Notables host the Third Annual Notables Family Party. Guests will enjoy prime seating at the concert. Following the concert, guests will attend a family party in the Rohatyn Room featuring dinner, crafts, cookie-decorating, and other Muppet-themed activities for children.

All proceeds raised from the Third Annual Notables Family Party will directly support Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute, which serves more than 300,000 children, students, teachers, parents, young music professionals, and adults each year.
