I liked the foam book and my wife bought me the 3 piece foam head video. I learned so much from the video but beware. they make some things look simple and some of the REAL tricks arent completely explained. I pause it alot and stare at it to get it. It was worth every penny.

I have used coat hangers before. If you bend one end like a hair pin then use that to pinch the wrist area(slide it downward over the wrist. keep it snug but dont tear your fabric. bend a slight J shape away from the hair pin shape) you can achieve good movement. I now use suspended cieling wire...
