I can't guarantee, but there is a hack that should work to make it region free and both pal and ntsc.
There is a cheap one that I'm almost positive will work, and may break a few months down the line (Cyberhome 500)... it got great reviews for playing EVERYTHING and bad reviews for dying soon after.
You can, of course, buy an expensive dvd player - if money isnt an issue- that will play anything.
But I wanted something cheap. I just got the dvd player that I posted on this forum. It is amazingly tiny- about as high as a pizza hut box and square. So far I only tested a Westlife Region 0 NTSC dvd and it works fine... but that was expected. I actually couldn't play Region 0 on my better quality Toshiba 1600 from a few years ago. I have ordered the Christmas German Muppet DVD and the Christmas UK Muppet DVD, and when they arrive I will post a reply.

Or you could just check out my comments on my copy of the German DVD over at Tough Pigs! Why doesn't anyone ask the German Muppet fans on this board when it comes to this...

Its the 2nd and 3rd post in this thread that might interest you:

And here's some scans I made from the alternate cover:

- Muppetcentral alternative: http://forum.muppetcentral.com/showpost.php?p=146216&postcount=19

Hope I could help!
