My heart goes out to Thurman's family and friends. Sesame Street will never be the same without him!

I guess this means no more Christopher Clumsy either

He also did the voice for Christopher Clumsy.Now we'll never see those segments again.:sympathy: :frown: :cry:

He was a really great writer it he wrote for this show. But him as well as his genious talent will be heavily missed.

Yeah... this is pretty sad news. Especially since he worked so long with the series, and was now making a large scale comeback with Sesame Street, with old school style skits made in the last couple of years and Bob's introductions.

He will be missed.

I wonder if he ever wrote any of the main street stories or Muppet segments, or if he just wrote animated segments. It would have been cool if he performed the voice of a Muppet character.
