Can anyone tell me why there are now 3 songs missing off of the John Denver and the Muppets A Christmas Together CD? The old copy got stolen and when I went to replace I found that "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" (Rowlf), "Where the River Meets the Sea" (John & Robin) and "Little St. Nick" (Dr Teeth) were all missing off the new versions. I can't seem to find an "unedited" version anywhere. Does anyone know why they did this and is there a way to lobby to get the original version re-released?
