Some people wanted to see this so here they are:
Still very cool, my friend!
Did you make a pattern when you built 'em?
Nope, i did not pattern these. I did these a few years ago, when i didn't know how to make patterns so i just improvised. As i have said befor, they are not moveable mouth puppets, just sort of models of the muppets.
I will try to work out a pattern for sam and build a working version of him later on.
You remembered the one of the two of those that I really wanted, it seems!
I wish i had more time and money to buld'em...it's such a fun hobby but it is expensive to buy material. I have wasted so much material learning so now that i feel that i am ready to build them seriously i have no money for it
I did buy a bunch of antron fleece though
Yeesh! Money! I need more of that. I'm all OUT of Muley fur, even; as well as foam!!
Oh, it sucks, doesn't it...i need foam, glue, dye for antron, hotglue, lots of other stuff too....a new set of razors....and oh...a workshop haha
LOL , i am fimiliar with this problem
but you have to invest if you love it, anyway , if you'l ever be around my area, i will be happy to give you some metirials.
Tztz; just move here. Let's all 3 just move in together and build puppets all day long!! I have my own apartment. We'll just make it one giant puppet workshop.
Would be really handy if someone could invent the transporter right now...
Sigh. Didn't think it would it happen.
Those two look flawless... you did an outstanding job!
Uhm...don't you mean the teleporter??? i beleave the transporter already was invented, as in bicykle, car, planes, boats etc etc
Hey, see if you can fax me those puppets!! I don't know if they'll fit into the fax machine or not, but it's worth the try since teleporters aren't made yet!
They are not flaweless, believe me. I made these at a time when i didn't understand a thing about puppetbuilding, hence the results...i am not really satisfied with them. I know i can get better results today.
