Bert's Nephew?

Hey Guys~

Forgive me if this has previously been posted, but I swear that in the 80's, there was an E&B skit that involved what I recall to be Bert's nephew. I thought his name was Brad....but I could be mistaken. The skit involved Ernie helping "Brad" get ready for his bath and Ernie kept adding more and more toys. The funny thing was when Ernie added a toy shark to the tub, Brad let out a very high-pitched shriek. Does anybody else remember this skit?...or did I dream this up? And if I'm right, are there any videos or pics of "Brad" floating around out there anywhere? Can anybody help me?

Yeah, I've seen that one too (although in german only). Richard Hunt did the puppet, AFAIR.

I remember that sketch. For the longest time, I thought for sure, Bert's nephew was called "Bart". Are you sure it's "Brad"? But then I saw a sketch where Bert's brother came to visit him and Ernie and his name was "Bart". Of course, if Bert's nephew is the son of his brother Bart, then I could see the nephew being named Bart, Jr. Oh well, it's been a while and I can't remember exactly on the names anymore. But I do remember that sketch now that someone has so kindly described it for us.

there is a skit i watched the other day where bert's gonna give brad a bath and ernie bogarts it with tons of toys...anyway, they both call him brad.

I just joined the forums today, and I'm glad to be reminded of this wonderful one-hit wonder. I do remember Brad, the red-headed Mini-Bert. I remember teasing my older brother (another redhead named Brad) about being afraid of a toy shark in a bathtub -- (hey, a 6-year-old needed any ammo he could get against an older sib).
