Big Bird's "China" & "Japan" specials coming to DVD!

Two nights ago I read on another Muppet-related site that the two classic Big Bird specials from China and Japan will finally get released on DVD this Feb. 10! I wonder if this is going to lead to other exciting SS reissues? Does anybody known if any other SS DVD releases are planned for this year?

Tough Pigs reported it. It must be a reliable source because Amazon.com also has it listed in their upcoming DVD releases (for February 10, 2004).

Yea, I threw in a DVD search for 'big bird' and those are the first two hits. I'd post the link, but it didn't work the first time... oh well.

And they're only $11.03. Not bad.

Has anybody seen the cover art? It's just okay, I think this is the first time Sony Wonder is using a real background instead of just one soild color. I'm not used to that. They also both pretty much look the same. It would have been nice if they, um, used Barkely on the cover as well and had Big Bird wearning a neck tie.
