Bill Hicks.

My favorite stand-up comedian of all-time is Bill Hicks, who lived from 1962 to 1994. It's clear, by listening to his albums and watching him perform, that he was not a happy guy. Much of his material is just as heart-wrenching as it is hilarious. He died of pancreatic cancer at the much too young age of 32.

I would include some links to his stuff on YouTube but I imagine there's a rule against linking to that kinda thing, considering how insanely vulgar it is. If you're curious and want to laugh and think, go look him up.

Also, Dane Cook has stolen numerous routines from Hicks. Just wanted to point that out. I think I'll make an anti-Cook thread sometime.
