Bird Beak

    I'm making a hand mouth puppet in the shape of a bird, does anyone know how to make a long thin beak? :confused:

    Off the top of my head, I would try cutting different triangle shapes and try folding or bending them and then gluing the edges down to the mouthplate.

    I've purchased realistic looking beaks from the local costume shop and just cut the mouth in a manner that allows me to put in a working mouth plate. Check out an example out here:
