book: I want to go home

can anybody tell me what the sesae street book "I Want to Go Home" is about? is it inspired by sesame street presents follow that bird (like the books big bird goes to the carnival and a day on the farm were)? what year is this book from?

I know this is really old now, lol, but just to inform, I used to have "I Want to Go Home" on VHS. I believe Big Bird goes to visit his grandma who lives near the beach. At first, Big Bird is homesick (even makes a sand castle of the Sesame Street set). But eventually he meets a friend and ends up having fun.

"I know what is wrong. You are homesick!"

"Will I have to go to a doctor?"

"No Big Bird! You will get better all by yourself."
