also i had a freind that was on here last febuary 2004 but he was banned and his account doesn't exist i looked for it ( Muppet Crypts)

That's because he was perminantly banned. I forget why...

I do believe he returned under a different member name, and was banned as that too.

Most Likely, you would email an adminastrator and they would do that for you. I doubt theres a link you can click on to delete/de-activate an account on your own.
