Did other puppet heads have "Gorg vision"?

In "Down at Fraggle Rock" it's said that there were video monitors inside the heads of the Gorgs, which Henson called "Gorg vision". But I wonder, were there ever any other full-body Henson creations that had monitors inside the heads? I know that some characters (Big Bird, Bear, Thog) had monitors tapped to the stomach of the performers, and some characters required their performers to work without monitors (often having to look out the characters mouths or some small hole, or, in the case of the La Choy Dragon, have to perform blind in the costume), but are there the Gorgs the only characters who had this kind of technology?
