Fozzie patterns!?

I´m making a fozzie replica, but i don´t get the patterns!! please reply!

I'd also like some help with this. Anyone got any sources or suggestions?

This is a good start- you might have to alter the pattern a bit but I've seen a couple of people use it with good results.
