Hi!
I know there's a lot of different ways to make a mouthplate but I need something closer to the original Avenue Q puppets... And I really don't know how to do this! The puppets that I have already done are made out of a block of foam. So the mouthplate (paperboard) is glued on a kind of step inside the mouth. I made a little picture: http://s280.photobucket.com/albums/kk162/Darkranth/?action=view&current=IMG-1.jpg
I going to make Princeton and Rod and this time I want the right way to make the mouthplate... What do you suggest?
Thanks a lot!

Ok so I realised that the problem wasn't really the foam, it's more about the lips... How do I fix it? Glue? Sewing?

i always used hot glue for my puppets. I think that it is the most reliable choice.
