how about a Best of Muppet Xmas album?

How would everyone like it if they put together all the best Muppet holiday songs ("When the River Meets the Sea," "Keep Christmas With You All Through the Year" "It's in Every One of Us," etc.)on a single album--or, if the rights wouldn't work out for that, have one or several artists cover them on one?

A Muppet Christmas song collection could be really cool!
I'd love to see songs from "Christmas Eve on Sesame Street" (mainly "True Blue Miracle" and "Keep Christmas With You"- but "Feliz Navidad" and "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" would be awesome too!)
And
"The Muppet Christmas Carol" (especially "Scrooge", "Marley & Marley", "It Feels Like Christmas", "One More Sleep 'Til Christmas", and "Thankful Heart")
And
"John Denver and the Muppets: A Christmas Together" (- "12 Days of Christmas", "Silent Night", "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas", "When the River Meets the Sea", "The Peace Carol", "It's In Every One of Us", "A Baby Just Like You", and "The Christmas Wish")
And
"Muppet Family Christmas" (definitely the Fraggles' song "Pass It On", "We Need a Little Christmas", "Jingle Bell Rock", "The Christmas Song", and maybe the Muppets' recitation of " 'Twas the Night Before Christmas")
And
Maybe a few selections from "A Green and Red Christmas" (my main favorites from there- "Merry Christmas Baby", "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year", "North Pole Comedy Club" and definitely "A Red and Green Christmas")
Oh yeah-
And
"It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie" (I definitely would want to include "Everyone Matters"- love that song!)

So this would probably have to be a double CD set with like 40 tracks on it or so!

Of course, that list might not be realistic, unless Disney got togetehr with Sesame Workshop and The Jim Henson Company (and possible John Denvers estate). However, if it only included songs from Disney-owned Muppet productions (and A Christmas Together and It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie), there would still be 19 songs (if we cut songs featuring the Sesame Street and Fraggle Rock casts, then that would be 16 tracks).
