Hahah, well I imagine you have to be a professional. I did see an animal expert do it on TV once. :smile:

Sometimes...I get them sleepy but then they snap out of it in seconds. I have to be pretty quick and sometimes...the chicken runs away from me LOL!

Oh wait--you were referring to the dude on t.v. LOL!

Wow, that's all very fascinating. I wouldn't hypnotize any animals though... unless I were Gonzo, then I'd hypnotize chickens, like you did, Squeegee.

Well, I do feel guilty on doing it on a chicken but I did not want to try it on my mother. LOL!

Mom, will you sit here and let me order you around while you're stuck in a trance?

@__@

The sad thing on hypnosis is that it restrains the person.
The person has no realization after being concious of the command
you put into his/her mind and is kind of a slave to it.

It is a tool I wil not use for anything.
I only did it to see for myself if those hypnotists were
a bunch of fakies. Now, that I proved it to myself...

:stick_out_tongue: I grow bored of the idea.
LOL!

Lol. Actually the person isn't a complete slave to hypnosis, people are actually aware of what's going on all the time and can choose not to do something. It's just a more suggestible state of mind. :smile:

True, it depends on how you are feeling at that time.
People who are pessimistic and sad are more probable to be affected than the happy everyday Joe!

That was a good point.

Yeah it does depend on state of mind at the moment, definitely, like if you're vulnerable maybe.

You know we've all been hypnotized or in a trance at one point or another. Like when you get really wrapped up in a book or movie. Or prepare yourself for something big like a test. Also actors have to sort of almost hypnotize themselves to get in a role.

Television plays a big role in that!
I thought I only believed that!
I believe in past lives so--I have a hunch that we were
victims of hypnosis at some point!
I always figured that we've been shocked to death long time ago and have gone to a lower scale on culture! Such as loss of technology and things like that!

...

Ignore what I said, ok?

I sound insane!

Lol...heehee...^_^;;;

Wow! I don't really believe in reincarnation, but that's an interesting concept, you should write about it! :smile:
