Seems like some weird sketch comedy series. Have no clue what the heck they're saying. Looks like one's supposed to be some mix between Herry and Grover and Patrick Starfish.

Uh... interesting direction they went in for Cookie's voice. Especially since the character traditionally has a low pitched voice.

Something that i've always noticed about these shows is that most are only about 30 miuntes long unlike our Sesame Street. Is it just the time zones?

Well, I think it's easier on the local producers; they wouldn't have to make as much original content and wouldn't have to use American material as a crutch. But, virtually every kids show in history is 30 minutes.
