It might just be his arms, I couldn't tell for sure. But, while he's never beent he most muscular monster, seeing him as I caught a glimpse of the Global Grover segment on bathing, his arms seemed thinner than usual. Is this just what he looks like right after the puppet has been washed? (It's true that when I saw him he was in a shower cap and such, perhaps implying he'd just gotten out of the tub, which could be why he looked thinner, I guess - the fur wasn't all fluffed out.)

Come to think of it, what do they do when the puppets get old or dirty? I'm reminded especially of one of my stuffed dogs who was a deep sky flue and is now greenish-gray 35 yuears later.

I think a big part of that is due to the fact that his arms and fingers stuft now, and now longer flimsy and wiggly, which actually makes the arms flat, and appear thicker than they really are.
