I love that costume so my much but i much prefer a man in black, therefore my favourite costume has to be that he wears in escher room *dies*
but what about the costume when he apears in the tunnel!?
i cant really choose between the two... only he does look sexy in black ;)

I do warn you about that movie though... you get about 15 minutes into it and you just loose whats going on, I think I'll have to read the book to really get it.

Ah yes, the Linguini Incindent. It is a hard movie to find.
Many of Bowie's movies are pretty weird, but it's always fun to see him.
He really outdid himself in Labyrinth. What a dreamy fellow!!

Makes me wanne try make a costuem myself ^_^

I actually quite enjoyed Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence , especially when Bowie's character kept saying Ï widh I could sing".

I found out half way through the movie that I could subtitle the japenese bit om my dvd player. It was a lot easier to understand after that. XD

I loved David Lynches Elephant man with John Hurt btw

I thought it was really an old movie and concluded that Anthony Hopkins must be ancient. lol

I made a Frank N. Furter costume for Halloween a couple years ago. Last year I made a Woody The Cowboy Costume, and this year I made a Jack Skellington Costume. I don't have pictures on line yet, though, :p

this weekend I watched RHPS for the first time in 10 years

and it has been on replay ever since

    Yesterday I discovered I sort of owned a Frank-N-Furter costume, (I'm a girl I like pretty things.

But I can't be Frank, because I'm against women dressing like men in drag. :p

    But I have a new project now, building a Frank-N-Furter puppet. :D

Ahum, I get carried away sometimes...

Stumbled upon this thread....(I have totally not been here in ages) and wanted to submit a few links to a friend of mine who went as Jareth to FX con in Florida-
(To quote a line from ToyFare on "Labriynth"-"Plus, David Bowie throws babies around....")
(And she won an award, that's pretty cool. :) )
And an extra photo just for the fun of it-
    : ) The Kermit Phone! :)

On a related note...I love Bowie to pieces, yet I have never sat through "Labriynth"...anyway, another friend of mine had watched it, and she said the ball and Jareth himself reminded us of another darkly romantic villain-Count Dracula in "Van Helsing"...-le sigh- Might have to watch that movie all the way through since my curiosity is piqued...
