The news became public today that Jerry Juhl, head writer of the Muppets for much of the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's passed away on Monday.
Jerry Juhl was one of the first Henson folks to contact us way back when Muppet Central was starting. And over the years, he became a good friend. I last heard from him on August 12. Words can't express what a treasure and inspiration he was to so many.

About seven years ago we did an in-depth interview with Jerry. It's a great read and I encourage you to check it out.
