Jim Henson Muppet figure

Hello,
I'm sure this has already been asked a gazillion and one times before, but please humor me and make it a gazillion and two...
The schedule says that the Jim Henson Muppet figure will be available through Palisades. Does that mean the Collector's Club only, or it will be available to everyone through the Palisades site?
