Lost Instructions HELP!1

I need HELP! fast I brought a puppet pattern yrs ago. it's called people puppet pattern, the company was Puppets with Personality but i can't find them (I think they're out of business) the phone no# doesn't work any more. Problem? I lost the directions on how to put the mouth together (help!) and i lost its mouth, now I can always make my own mouth but to put the mouth/head together i just can't figure it out? does someone have this pattern with the instructions or if you know the person that sold the pattern and how i can get in touch with them. Any help would be appreciated
