    Hey, get this everyone...

I'm an avid listener of "The Dr. Demento Show". It's a nationally syndicated radio show dedicated to comedy/novelty music and sketches, and related things. ANYWAY...Dr. Demento played a double dose of "Mahna Mahna" this weekend when he played The Muppet Show version preceded by "Mah-Na-Mah-Na"-From The Movie "Sweden Heaven And ****"

He then went on to say that this was the original version from "a skin flick from the 1970's" (!!!) Dr. Demento said something like, "The Muppets never included skin flicks, but they knew a good song when they heard one!"

Now the truth can be told!!!

Yeah, I remember this. I don't remember where I read it (might have been here actually...yeah I think it was, during the Delphi days). This is what www.imdb.com has to say (this is what I read here):

Edmund Purdom narrates a documentary about Sweden. It shows contraceptives for teen girls, lesbian nightclubs, wife swapping, porno movies, biker gangs, and Walpurgis Night celebrations. It also examines Swedens drug, drinking and high suicide problems. It featured the Swedish nonsense song "Mah-Na Mah-Na" later used on the "Sesame Street" Show.

    Very weird indeed.

Yeah, "Manha Manha" was used on quite a few things, besides that movie, I think.

Don't worry, Matt. I sometimes get dragged and slowly pulled down into the deep, dark, demented world of references too!
