"Muppet Movie" 50th DVD question

I have a couple of questions for those of you who have bought the new 50th anniversay DVD Disney release of "The Muppet Movie".

1) Is this the same transfer? Meaning, the previous release was not of great quality. Did Disney do anything to restore the film or improve the transfer?

2) I looked at the box on the shelves, and the only extra I see is the Pepe profile. Are there any other extras?
