Bear in mind these will never be made, as they were only initial sculpts before the line got cancelled... But it's great to have seen what coulda/woulda/shoulda been.

Awesome links! Those would have made really cool figures and I, too, certainly would have bought them!

Reading about the downfall of Palisades and everything always makes me so sad. It's like, I had never heard of them until the Muppets line came out and then I became such a big fan! But the only thing I have to show for Palisades is JUST the Muppet figures. None of their other lines really interested me enough to collect them, although I just bought series 1 of Invader ZIM off of eBay (48 bucks including shipping... not bad!)

I look at my collection and I see Johnny with nothing but a portrait of Sal and it makes me sad. Then I think of poor Super Grover and how none of his buddies from the Street (well except Kermit I guess) can never join him. Right now he's standing on a shelf with some of my older Beast Wars figures... maybe I should move him to the Muppets display...
