I decided that I really didn't like working with ping pong balls for eyes, they took several tries for me to get them to work the way I wanted them to. Can anyone suggest something else that I can get pretty much the same look? almost round like the ones on this one?

I found something in the craft store called smooth foam. It's really hard but really light and it doesn't flake like styrafoam does.
